I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and attachment wounds. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, healthier relationships, and emotional healing.
I provide supportive, affirming, and culturally responsive care for people of all genders, races, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and backgrounds.
While all are welcome, I specialize in supporting Black women navigating societal and family expectations, generational trauma, self-worth, and healing.
I also support moms through the mental and emotional challenges of motherhood, including burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, overwhelm, and balancing everyone else’s needs while trying not to lose yourself.
I work with all relationship types, including consensual non-monogamy, helping partners improve communication, intimacy, trust, and emotional connection. Conversations about sex and intimacy are always welcome here too.

I operate from a core belief: you are the CEO of your own life, I’m just here to help. I honor your perceptive and needs, using a collaborative approach to therapy.
I have eclectic approaches to therapy, blending the best of evidence based practices like cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, attachment, psychoanalysis (aka how your childhood impacted you).
I use a sociological approach meaning that you exist in society which can greatly impact you. We explore how race, class, gender, culture, family and community influence your mental health as well as identity.

You’re looking for a therapist who is direct, down-to-earth, and willing to challenge you when needed. I create a space where you can show up fully as yourself especially for my BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients (bisexual girly here) who are tired of having to explain their identities, experiences, or culture in therapy. If you value honesty, authenticity, humor, and a therapist who embraces the messiness of being human, we may be a good fit.

When I’m not in sessions, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family and friends , walking my dog Maddie, at a local coffee shop and looking at TikToks longer than I’d like to admit.
Im also a Mama Bear so at times I may be pulling my hair due to the chaos of having a broke best friend.
If I’m not spending time with others, I’m playing the Sims, watching reality TV or embracing my role as a professional nap queen
I love planning events(currently brainstorming things that we can do at Sunflower Haven), cooking and shopping (I do more than I should- we listen and we dont judge).
